About the Project

Pillsbury and Wyndham partnered to create a whimsical holiday hotel suite designed to feel like a flat, illustrated world. The entire space was treated with a cohesive 2D graphic style, transforming the room into what felt like a hand-drawn illustration. Vinyl graphics covered the walls with playful imagery, and every detail was carefully coordinated, from the large-scale wall treatments down to custom elements like the cookie-shaped pillows.

My Role

AI is a powerful tool for creating images. However, adapting those images for specific real-world use requires advanced image editing and illustration. That’s why Scenester brought me onto the project to create print-ready vinyl artwork, precisely scaled for installation throughout the Pillsbury-themed holiday suite at the Wyndham in New York City.
The designs were based on AI-generated concept boards provided by the Pillsbury team, which clearly defined the desired style. While these AI images served as visual direction, they were not production-ready. My role was to translate that reference material into accurate, to-scale vector graphics with exact color specifications, ensuring the artwork could be successfully printed and installed in the space.
